AS the main body of the economic operation，the enterprises has become the micro-foundation of overall economic growth ， leaving these main support macroeconomic growth on the loss of raw power. It is often the focus to the enterprise external market environment or enterprises industry development that external factors affect the growth of the enterprise，to determine the life cycle of the enterprise as to enterprise survival and development. But with the development of enterprises, it was found that here is no theoretical analysis as disparity between inter-industry profits. At the same time, there is a big difference between corporate profits in the same industry. Based on the above conflict of theory and reality, the scholars shifted their perspective from business growth to internal enterprise. Explore enterprise endogenous growth is imperative for the grim situation facing Chinas economic development and the development of the current enterprise status quo. Chinas economic prosperity must be built on the basis of the healthy growth of enterprises, the more the needs for a large number of enterprises grow in international competition. Limited to the resources and capacity, independent innovation has become a tool for business growth. Thus, enterprises endogenous growth has theoretical significance and practical value.
