摘 要 摘 要 我国是人口大国。近些年来，随着我国生活水平和医疗水平的不断提高，老年人口 也呈现出逐年上升的趋势。如何使老年人老有所养，安度晚年，一直是人们奋斗的目标 和美好的愿望。本文关注的重点是城市丧偶老人，丧偶老人作为老年群体中较为特殊的 一类，他们的生存状态如何，生活质量如何，直接影响着社会的安定与和谐。近些年来， 国家的社会保障措施深受老百姓好评，这些措施在物质上给予了老年人保障，但是随着 生活节奏的加快，老年人的精神赡养问题也越来越严峻。 本文通过对国内外相关文献的分析解读，结合社会需求理论，采用访谈法收集资料， 并结合对资料的分析，研究城市丧偶老人的精神赡养的现状。文章根据对丧偶老人精神 赡养现状的分析，找到目前影响丧偶老人精神生活的原因并提出建议。 通过研究发现，丧偶老人在丧偶初期情绪起伏较大，尤其需要子女在身边照顾。经 过了丧偶的初期，年纪较小且丧偶时间短的老年人有的会考虑再婚，再婚后的丧偶老人 虽然又有了生活伴侣，但是对精神赡养的需求仍然存在，丧偶后独居的老年人更需要精 神赡养。子女应尽到孝心，丧偶老人应积极适应丧偶后的生活，社区应积极发挥作用， 与老人家庭成员应联手保障丧偶老人的精神生活。 关键词 丧偶老人 精神赡养 丧偶再婚 专业照料 Abstract Abstract China is a populated country.In recent years, with the improving standard of living and medical care, the number of senior citizens has augmented simultaneously. How to give the elderly a sense of security has always been the goal and best wish of all the people. This paper concerns the widowed elderly people. As a special group in senior citizens, their living situation, quality of life directly influence the stability and harmony of society. Lately， Chinese social security measures have been praised by Chinese people, which give indemnification materially. However, with the high speed of living pace, their problems in spiritual support have been increasingly serious. Through analysis of relevant literature, interviewing to gather information, combining with the social demand theory, this paper studies the status quo of widowed senior citizens’ spiritual support. With this, we can find the factors influencing their spiritual life and give suggestions to solve it. We conclude that widowed senior citizens have emotional fluctuations in initial stage of losing their mate, when they need their children to accompany with them especially. After that, some younger ones who lose their mate not for too long will consider a re-marriage. Although they have a new partner, they still need spiritual support, even more for the ones living by themselves.The children should support for the widowed senior citizens. The widowed senior cit
