During the developing course of the real estate industry it is an important question on how to keep the coordinated growth between real estate industry and macro-economy and how to keep the sustainable health and stable development of real estate industry. By using qualitative and quantitative theoretical and positive integral and partial internal and external static and dynamic methods synthetically this paper provides a full and deep study on the coordinated growth between real estate industry and macro-economy. The main contents are as follows The developing course of real estate and housing industry are analyzed. In addition, several concepts about real estate are introduced. Positive study is made about the periodical relation between real estate industry and macro-economy. Furthermore, it is given that the outsider environment faced with estate industry and its prospect is described. The paper studies the coordination between real estate industry and macro-economy.
