Abstract It is a special problem in financial management that the growth and management of enterprises. Based on the importance of sustainable growth for corporate governance, It is Come up with strategies and recommendations to keep a sustainable growth of real estate companies in the face of economic adjustment in this paper, and relied on the classical sustainable growth rate theories of Robert Higgins and James Van Horn , Comparing the actual growth rate with sustainable growth rates and analysis the factors of sustainable growth model. Firstly, it is analysis that internal unity to sustainable growth model of Higgins and balanced model of Van Horn, Van Horn’s non-equilibrium model、Rappaport’s sustainable growth model and kore’s Growth model were all analysis. And then, DuPont analysis were used to decompose indicators of real estate companies，searching for factors of success and failure, comparing and analyzing real growth rate and sustainable growth rate of these companies , horizontal analysis is used after vertical analysis, the various advantages and disadvantages of the company were found final . Finally, I put forward strategies and recommendations of real estate company about sustainable development. In this paper, combining theory and practice, I analysis sustainable growth of real estate company in order to apply sustainable growth model to practice, and hope to find new sustainable growth model from the practice .
