THE RESEARCH OF SCHEME GENERATION - ORIENTED FINANCIAL CONSULTING SYSTEM’S EFFECTIVENESS EVALUATION ABSTRACT Scheme generation-oriented financial consulting system is a new consulting model，it starting from the demand perspective of financial consulting scheme generation, make up for the deficiency of the traditional consulting mode. It is unknown whether this financial consulting system is effective and feasible, researching on its effectiveness can provide basis for system improvement and perfection, so that it can better service for enterprise and consultant. This paper reviewed the related theory and application of domestic and foreign literature, and then obtained ideas and inspiration of effectiveness evaluation contents and index and evaluation method from them, then summarized this system’s process and function, to lay a good foundation for the selection of evaluation index, then combined with the actual situation and the specific contents of the financial consulting system, select effectiveness evaluation index from system’s function, effect and efficiency. Because every index is fuzzy and difficult to quantify, according to these characteristics of indexes, use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate this system’s efficacy, and use analytic hierarchy process and genetic algorithm to improve this method, calculated by the MATLAB 7.0 to improve the accuracy of the calculation of index’s weight value. Finally, using the financial consulting system in a practical example, then evaluate its effectiveness, the scoring result shows that the financial consulting system’s effectiveness is good. Then compares the practice of financial condition and results, verify the effectiveness evaluation system constructed in this paper has high accuracy and feasibility.
