摘 要 摘 要 温家宝总理在政府工作报告中明确指出:“要把发展职业教育放在更加突出的位 置，使教育真正成为面向全社会的教育，这是一项重大变革和历史任务。”农村职业教 育不仅关系着农民生产生活和农村经济发展，还促进整个河北省社会经济的发展。因此， 大力发展农村职业教育有其深远意义。 本文对城市化加速期河北省农村职业教育的特点、作用和存在的问题进行分析，通 过比较分析其他国家发展农村职业教育的相关成功经验，提出了解决河北省农村职业教 育问题的相关对策，完善了河北省农村职业教育体系。得出的结论是：对农村职业教育 存在认识误区；财政投入不足，教育资金短缺；专业设置不合理，教学方式单一，教师 专业水平低等多方面问题。提出的对策是：政府要重视农村职业教育，加大政府投入， 保障农村职业教育资金来源，联合政府、企业、学校合作机制，推行多方合作的办学模 式，完善农村职业教育的法制建设，全面改革河北省农村职业教育，保障河北省农村职 业教育健康发展，促进农村经济发展和河北省城市化健康发展。 关键词 城市化加速期 农村职业教育 对策研究 Abstract Abstract Premier Wen Jiabao in his government work report made clear that:” Make the development of vocational education in a more prominent position, the whole of society to make education truly become the education, which is a major change and historic mission” Determine not only the rural vocational education in rural economic development, but also related to Chinas future economic and social development.
