Classified Index: F291.1 U.D.C.: 35 Dissertation for the Master Degree in Management COMPARATIVE STUDY ON URBAN DEVELOPMENT INDICATOR SYSTEM Candidate: Supervisor: Academic Degree Applied for: Speciality: Affiliation： Date of Defence: Degree-Conferring-Institution: Zhang Hang Assoc.Prof. Liang Xuefeng Master of Management Administration Management School of Management June,2006 Harbin Institute of Technology 摘要 城市是现代经济社会发展的主要载体，城市的可持续发展是一个国家 实现可持续发展的主要推动力，也是一个国家乃至世界实现稳步发展的重要 突破口。作为世界上最大的发展中国家，中国如何实现其经济、社会、生态 的可持续发展显得尤为重要。因此可持续发展研究越来越受到众多学者的关 注。其中可持续发展评价研究具有重要的意义，在我国虽然有许多专家、学 者进行了研究，但都是针对国家层面评价可持续发展水平，对于城市可持续 的评价很少涉及，而且目前的研究尚未达成共识，发表的指标体系也存在许 多问题。因此对我国城市可持续发展指标体系进行研究具有重大的意义。 本文从指标体系宏观的设计目的和具体的指标选取两个角度，比较、 分析国际上权威的可持续发展指标体系与其它类型的城市发展指标体系间的 差异。借鉴国际上代表性的可持续发展指标体系在构建原则、指标选取方面 的经验和启示。在选取评价城市可持续发展的指标时采用频度法和理论分析 法相结合的方法，并且将阻碍我国城市可持续发展的问题与指标的选取建立 联系，从而建立城市可持续发展指标体系。 关键词 城市发展；可持续发展；指标体系；比较研究 Abstract City is the carrier of modern economic and social development. The sustainable development of city is important to impulse the sustainable development of the whole country. It is also the key force of the worldwide sustainable development. As the biggest developing country, sustainable development is especially important for China. Therefore, more attention is paid to the study on sustainable development. Evaluating the ability of sustainable development is more significant. Although there are many experts studying this subject, most of them study to evaluate the ability of national sustainable development. The study on evaluating the ability of urban sustainable development is rare. Therefore, the study on evaluating the ability of urban sustainable development is significantly important in both theory and practice. This paper compares the aim of designing and the specific indicators used between the sustainable development indicator systems and other urban development indicator systems.
