二元创新象限视角下科技型企业发展策略研究 摘 要 科技型企业对我国经济增长有重要的作用。科技型企业创新尤其是科技型企业产 品创新是其发展的生命线，然而我国科技型却存在创新路径不够清晰、创新行为不够 持续的现象，从而制约了其长期发展前景。为此，本研究深切关注科技型企业的产品 创新实践与理论研究，以期为其可持续发展提供有针对性的发展策略。 首先，本文对科技型企业、科技型企业创新、二元创新象限进行界定，对科技型 企业创新相关的集成创新理论、资源观的企业成长理论和 A-U 创新过程模型等研究， 并通过研究我国科技型企业发展现状，从中发现科技型企业发展存在的问题；其次， 通过文献研究和松江科技园、紫竹科学园 200 多家科技型企业的调研分析，运用因子 分析的方法，把科技型企业产品创新影响因素归为两类主因子：技术集成与要素整合； 第三，从技术集成和要素整合两个维度构建科技型企业发展模型，运用具体案例进行 诠释，并从二元创新象限视角分析其创新动因和运行机制。第四，选取创业板 79 家 科技型企业样本，进行二元创新象限视角下的以技术集成为主导和以要素整合为主导 的科技型企业影响因素实证。实证结果表明，研发资金、研发人员投入与以技术集成 为主导科技型企业的创新能力有正相关关系；无形资产与以要素整合为主导科技型企 业创新能力呈正相关关系；最后，提出的政策建议有：企业应强化以技术集成为主导 科技型企业创新实力和促进以要素整合为主导科技型企业的要素整合力度，政府应为 科技型企业提供有利于技术集成的政策环境和为科技型企业提供有利于要素整合的 政策环境。 关键词：科技型企业，二元创新象限，发展，策略 STUDY ON THE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY ENTERPRISES FROM THE PERSPECTIVE IN THE TWO ELEMENTS OF INNOVATION ABSTRACT Science and technology enterprises have important effect to our country economic growth.
