城市旧街区建设改造设计研究-设计艺术学专业论文.docx

摘要 本论文立足于罔内城市城市大量旧建筑亟待改造的要求，通过对旧建筑的历 史、经济、社会意义和城市街道感知特性的描述与讨论，提出旧建筑改造的所要 遵循的原则和改造的方法，从战略角度看待旧建筑改造活动的利与弊、得与失。 强调旧建筑的历史价值和文化意义，提倡对于旧建筑适度、合理、统筹性的修缮 与改造。同时，对于城市的发展应采取循序渐进的改造模式，城市是一个有机体， 是在新老建筑相互交替中稳步前进的。因此，对待城市的态度应该是理性的，只 h 有有序的梳理和调整，才能达到既不破坏原有城市历史文脉问时又不断发展的状 态。飞 t吗 作者希望通过运用理论讲解与实例分析相结合的方式说明旧建筑改造的一 系列问题，对现有城市旧建筑存在的问题、改造制约因素、设计原则、改造方式 等进行阐述。利用建筑美学原理的概念结合实际，归纳和总结不同的设计手法。 并对其各要素在建筑改造中起到的作用和效果辅以分析罔做充分的讲解，从而完 善作者对于旧建筑改造方法及理论的探索。 关键词: 旧建筑价值意义感知特性实际应用 地 ABSTRACT This paper based on domestic cities of the old city reconstruction，由。 requirement to building of old buildings by 也e history，economy，social meaning and features of urbans刷刷 perc叩tion and discussion of the old buildings，and puts forward the principle to follow，and me也ods of strategic per叩ective 齿。m 也e old building activity， 也.e advantages and disadvantages of gain and loss.
