城市生活固体废弃物物流源头减量与企业责任问题研究-企业管理专业论文.docxVIP

本文基于绿色物流理论、循环经济理论、可持续发展理论，从现代物流的角度， 提出了完整的城市生活固体废弃物物流从始至终具有四个过程的观点，包括物品入 城、城区流动、快捷出城、末端处理。在分析四个流程体系的基础上，引出了城市生 活固体废弃物物流多级减量的问题，即：物品入城源头减量、分类收集过程减量、分 类处理末端减量。在城市生活固体废弃物物流多级减量中，本文认为源头减量是最关 键的，也是目前研究和应用中被忽视的领域。因此，本文重点研究了城市生活固体废 弃物物流源头减量的问题。在源头减量过程中，涉及政府管理、企业责任、消费者行 为三大要素，本文重点分析了政府管理的改进、企业责任的履行、消费者行为约束以 及三大要素在源头减量中的作用，并以促进源头减量的两大措施——精简包装和净菜 进城为例进行具体分析，探讨了企业责任的履行。最后以重庆市为例，分析论证了城 市生活固体废弃物物流源头减量的必要性以及实施精简包装和净菜进城将带来的效 益。 关键词：城市废弃物 废弃物物流 废弃物源头减量 企业责任 环境保护 I Based on green logistics theory, circular economy theory, sustainable development theory, from the perspective of modern logistics, the author puts forward the view of a complete Logistics of Municipal Solid Waste with four processes from the very beginning to the end, including: Goods into the city – Flowing in the city - Out of the city fast– Assorted handle. In the analysis of four processes, the author proposes the problem of multi-stage reduction of Municipal Solid Waste Logistics, namely: Source Reduction (Goods into the city), Process Reduction (Separate collection), End Reduction (Classification at the end). In the multi-stage reduction of Logistics of Municipal Solid Waste, the author argues that source reduction is the most critical and neglected by current researchers and practitioners. Therefore, the author focuses on the source reduction problem of Logistics of Municipal Solid Waste. The government management, corporate responsibility and consumer behavior are involved in the source reduction process. The author analyzes the improvement of government management, corporate responsibility, constraints of consumer behavior, and the roles of the three major elements to promote source reduction. Streamlined Package and Clean Vegetables into the city are specifically analyzed and the Corporate Responsibility performance is discussed in detail. At last, the author demonstrates the necessity and benefits of the sources reduction for example of Chongqing in the future. Keywords: Municipal Waste, Waste Logistics, Sour
