促进中学信息技术教师专业发展的个人知识管理研究-课程与教学论专业论文
Abstract
Professional development of teachers is one of the center topics of world education reform. With the advent of knowledge economy, more and more scholars indicate that the hope of country lies education, and hope of education lies teacher. How to promote the professional development of teachers is an objective problem which can not be avoided.
Personal knowledge management is knowledge management concepts, methods applied in the individual, effective management of scientific method for personal knowledge. The use of personal knowledge management will become an effective way to promote professional development for teachers.
This point of view according to personal knowledge management to study professional development for middle school teachers in information technology, aimed at middle school teachers in information technology using personal knowledge management better to promote their own professional development. Firstly, by analyzing the research situation at home and abroad, a clear research direction was established. Based on the theory of teachers’ professional development and teachers’ personal knowledge management, the paper found out the dialectical relationship between the two. Secondly, I indicate the strategies of personal knowledge management for middle school teachers in information technology, in order to better promote information technology teachers’ professional development. Thirdly, this paper investigated and analyzed the current situation of information technology teachers’ professional development and personal knowledge management. This paper tried to recommend a suitable personal knowledge management. Finally, based on excellent information technology teachers’ blog, focused on information technology teachers’ personal knowledge management model and gave reflection.
