Abstract Along with the deepening of informationization of Chinese society, all kinds of entrepreneurial software enterprises unceasingly emerge. However, problems like the small scale, the low level, the slow development and the difficult survival are continuously puzzling the majority. Many companies therefore have to go bankrupt within only several years. Entrepreneurial software enterprises are typical knowledge ones, whose further development is decided to a great extent by the obtaining the outstanding talented persons to enable them to fully display their talent, of whom the scarcity and the high fluidity causes companies quite high cost to attract and keep them. The problem is that majority of these companies are unable to withstand such cost. The lack of these core talented persons results in difficulties of companies’ development. Therefore, implementing a long-term inspiration pattern for these outstanding talented persons with this industry’s own characteristic is one of the effective solutions. This article unifies three aspects of theories in the software industry, the staff inspiration and the option to analyze two aspects from companies to the staff, comparing the core staffs characteristics and demands with the inspiration reward available to find out the problems existing in the ordinary inspiration pattern. Simultaneously, this article seeks the conjunction of companies’ characteristics and their staff’s demand to prove that the unique superiority of stock option in the inspiration pattern , which has vitally practical significance, can unify the benefits from both companies and the staff and can effectively overcome the problems in the ordinary inspiration pattern. Then this article unifies the experience and the scholarly research achievement to propose practically guiding solution with companies’ own characteristics.
