Study on the Evaluation System of the Growth of the Listed Companies on Growth Enterprises Market Specialty: Accounting Name: Fan Xiufang Instructor: Associate Prof. Hu Zhen Abstract The introduction of the Growth Enterprises Market(GEM) provides a platform help the small and medium sized enterprises which are high-tech, high innovation to grow in high gear. However, since the GEM enterprises are mostly on their starting up stage, the sizes are small and the futures are relatively uncertain, it became a compelling and essential issue for the governors, investors and creditors to determine whether the enterprises are in good growth. Aiming at the issues mentioned above, it analyzed the characteristics of the GEM enterprises in the following point of views: industry distribution, market potential, innovation capacity, and risk level. Basing on the characteristics, it also analyzed the essential influencing factors of the growth of the GEM enterprises in the following point of views: financial factors, market, innovation, internal operation, human capital and management structure. The GEM enterprises growth evaluation system is built. The data are processed by negative method and correctional range regularization method into standardized and nondimensionalizational ones. The GEM enterprises growth evaluation model is built with the attribute hierarchy model. The GEM enterprises growth evaluation system is built. The rationality of the Evaluation System of the Growth of the GEM enterprises is verified by real cases. As a result of the effective application of the research, it would provide help and guidance for the one who need the relative information of GEM enterprises to analyze the growth.
