Characteristics and influencing factors of stress disorder， Posttraumatic growth in rehabilitation patients after traumatic injury and Explore the Effective of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation for PTSD Abstract Objective: To study the Characteristics of Posttraumatic Stress Disorder(PTSD), Posttraumatic Growth (PTG) in rehabilitation patients after traumatic injury, and affect of resilience, social support, copying style, emotional experience for the Stress disorder. Explore the effective of Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS) to core symptoms, positive and negative affect, PTG, resilience in rehabilitation patients with PTSD. For rehabilitation patients after traumatic injury provide evidence for setting out efficient intervention measures. Mothods: One hundred and ninety-six rehabilitation in-patients with dysfunction after traumatic injury admitted in two high-grade hospitals in Chongqing，were assessed according to the PTSD Checklist-Civilian Version(PCL-C), Posttraumatic Growth Inventory(PTGI), Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC), Copying Style Questionnaire（CSQ）, Perceived Social Support Scale （PSSS）and Positive and Negative Affect Scale（PANAS）. 30 patients（PTSD score≥38）from 196 persons were selected. Require conscious clear, normal expressing, normal writing, no history of brain trauma and epilepsy, at present did not have other disease and willing to take part in the study. 30 subjects with PTSD were assigned to the following treatments： Active group(20 subjects) receive 20Hz rTMS to the right dorsolateral prefrontal cortex(DLPFC), stimulus intensity 80% threshold, active time 1s, 20 per sequence pulse, interval of 15s, a total of 56 sequences 1120 pulses ; Control group(10 subjects) receive sham rTMS using the magnetic coil vertical to the same area. Treatments were administered in daily sessions over 2 weeks. Subjects were assessed at before and after 10 rTMS sessions according to the PTSD Checklist-Civilian Version(PCL-C
