初中班级自主管理策略研究 中文提要 初中班级自主管理策略研究 中文提要 班级是学校教育教学的基本单元，是学生学习、生活、成长最直接的环境。一个 良好的班集体能促使学生健康的成长和教育目标的实现。对于正处于生理和心理急剧 发展变化过程中的初中生来说，一个良好的班级环境能促使其健康成长，全面发展能 力。 未来社会需要具有自主性，创造性的人才。班级的自主管理顺应了时代对于教育 的要求，尊重学生的主体地位，尊重学生的个性，为学生全面能力的发展提供了良好 的条件和空间，让他们能在积极参与班级管理的过程中培养、锻炼、发展自己的能力。 本文依据主体性理论、马斯诺需要层次理论、目标管理理论、霍桑效应，阐述了 在初中阶段实施班级自主管理的必要性和可行性。从目前初中生特点、初中班主任工 作特点和工作现状，分析现在班级管理中的成功案例，提出班级自主管理的实施原则， 并进一步提出班级自主管理的实施策略。 关键词：初中生 班级管理 自主管理 作 者:王 栋 指导老师:母小勇 Abstract Junior high school class autonomous management strategy research Junior high school class autonomous management strategy research Abstract Classes in school are the basic units for education, in which the students grow both academically and physically. To establish a united, cooperative, industrious and enterprising class can improve the students to develop healthily, moreover, can make the school achieve its teaching objectives. For the students who grow rapidly in body and mind, a healthy class can play a role to stimulate them to develop in all round way and form practical spirit and the ability of creativeness. The future society needs autonomy and creative talents. The self-management in class satisfies the demand for the education by times. Respecting the students as the main body, their value and character can provide students conditions and opportunities to participate in the class management. Based on the theory of human subjectivity, Maslow’s hierarchy theory of needs, Objective management and Hawthorne effect, the thesis emphasizes the necessity and feasibility of the self-management in junior high school. Starting with analysis of the characteristics of junior high school students and headteachers, and the present situation of headteachers , the thesis analyses the successful cases from the class management, and presents the implementation principles and strategy of self-management in class.
