浙江省养老服务设施的规划配置标准的研究 　　【摘要】本文根据服务对象、形式与功能设置，将养老服务设施分为养老服务机构、居家养老服务设施、养老配套服务设施三大类，提出养老服务设施应以城市的行政管理层级为基础，兼顾服务人口规模、服务半径、城市管理单元划分等因素进行分级配置。根据国家和浙江省近年来出台的养老服务业发展相关政策和相关规范标准，考虑集约利用土地资源和浙江省养老服务设施建设的实际情况，在分析研究的基础上，提出了浙江省养老服务机构的床位配建指标、床均建筑面积、功能配置、建筑密度、容积率、绿地率、床均用地指标、人均养老服务设施用地面积等控制指标，并对社区（村）居家养老服务照料中心、老年大学（学校）、老年活动中心等相关配置标准进行了分析研究。 　　【关键词】养老服务设施；配置标准；养老服务机构；居家养老服务设施；养老配套服务设施 　　【中图分类号】TU984 　　【文献标识码】A 　　Study on the AllocationStandardofService Facilities Planning for the Aged in Zhejiang Province 　　Yan Yun-xiang1，Bao Yuan-cai2 　　（1.Zhejiang Urban Rural Planning Design InstituteHangzhouZhejiang310000； 　　2. The Design Institute of Landscape Architecture China Academy of ArtHangzhouZhejiang310000） 　　【Abstract】According to the service object， form and function setting， this paper divides the elderly facilities into three categories： service agency for the elderly， home care facilities， supporting facilities for the aged； and puts forward that the elderly facilities should be configuredby level based on administrative level， service population size， service radius and urban management unit. On the basis of analytical research， considering the relevant policies and standards of elderly service facilities that have been promulgated by the state and Zhejiang province in recent years，the actual situation of intensive utilization of land resources and the construction of elderly service facilities， this paper puts forward the control index of the service facilities for the aged in Zhejiang province， such as bed allocation index， built areas per bed， function configuration， building density， volume rate， green rate， land indicator per bed and elderly service facilities land area per person； and makes a study on the relevant configuration standards of the community （village） home care service care center， elderly university（school） and old age activity center. 　　【Key words】Service facilities for the aged；Allocation standard；Service agency for the elderly；Home care facilities
