PAGE 天津职业技术师范大学 Tianjin University of Technology and Education 毕 业 设 计 专 业： 汽车服务工程 班级学号： 汽服0601 - 44 学生姓名： 指导教师： 讲师 二〇一〇年六月 天津职业技术师范大学本科生毕业设计 基于AHP算法的二手车成新率算法的研究 The study of based on AHP algorithm about second-hand cars into a new rate 专业班级：汽服0601班 学生姓名： 指导教师： 讲师 系 别：汽车与交通学院 2010年06月 摘 要 影响二手车评估成新率的因素有很多，通过对二手车市场的调查，本文对各种因素筛选和分类，可以把这些因素分为三大类，即汽车外观、汽车底盘和汽车技术性能。汽车外观有3个评价指标，汽车底盘有4个评价指标，汽车技术性能有4各评价指标。二手车的成新率的确定方法有3种，分别是使用年限法、行驶里程法和部件鉴定法，本文将采用部件鉴定法来确定二手车成新率。通过对汽车的静态检查和动态测试，确定每个评价指标的成新率。评估方法有4种，通过对评估方法的分析比较，本文采用重置成本法作为评估的理论依据，并对运用重置成本法的不足之处作了改进，对重置成本进行系数调整。在最后的交易中还将与现行市价法相结合。本文用AHP算法对汽车各评价指标的权重进行计算。最后将通过实例分析验证改进之后的评估模型的可操作性。 关键字：二手车；鉴定方法；成新率；AHP算法 ABSTRACT There are many factors affect the rate of second-hand cars into new, through the investigation of second-hand car market, the paper filtes and the classificates the various factors, these factors can be divided into three categories, namely, automotive exterior, chassis and car technical performance. Three car appearance evaluation, chassis with four evaluation, the automotive technology performance with four evaluation. There are three ways to identify second-hand cars into a new rate, they are useful life method, mileage law method and parts identification method. this paper will use the parts identification method to determine the components into a new rate of second-hand car. Determining the indicators for each assessment into a new rate by Static checks on vehicles and dynamic tests. There are four kinds of assessment methods, through the analysis and comparison of the assessment method, this paper choices the replacement cost method for evaluating the theoretical basis, and the use of inadequate replacement cost method has been improved, and the coefficient on the replacement cost adjustments. In the final deal will be with the current market price on the combination. In this paper, the AHP evaluation of vehicle weight of each is calculated. Finally, an example of model vali
