浦东新区中药产业的现状及发展建议 　　[摘要] 随着国家政策的不断倾斜和支持，以及在建设具有全球影响力的科技创新中心的大环境下，浦东新区中药产业发展迎来又一契机，并形成了研发实力雄厚、创新成果显著、公共服务平台集聚、创新体系日趋完善等特色和优势。本文在介绍浦东新区中药产业发展现状的基础上，分析了浦东新区中药产业存在的问题，包括物业空间不足、?l展资金瓶颈普遍存在、中药技术服务平台和专业服务有待加强、区域总体实力尚显薄弱等，并提出完善政策支持体系、积极推进综合配套先行先试、完善多层次人才培育引进体系以及健全多层次、多能级、相适应的服务平台体系等发展建议。 　　[关键词] 中药产业；发展建议；浦东新区 　　[中图分类号] R28 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2017）10（a）-0090-03 　　[Abstract] With constant inclination and support from the national policy and the ongoing construction of a globally influential science and technology innovation center， the development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry in Pudong New Area has ushered in a new period of opportunities， forming the characteristics and advantages of strong research development strength， prominent innovation achievements， public service platform aggregation and increasingly perfect innovation systems. On the basis of introducing the current development status of traditional Chinese medicine industry in Pudong New Area， this paper analyzes the existing problems of traditional Chinese medicine industry in Pudong New Area， including the insufficiency of the space for property management， the wide prevalence of the bottleneck of development fund， the weakness of traditional Chinese medicine industry service platform and specialized services， and the weakness of the overall strength of the district， so as to give recommendations including putting forward policies to support the industry， actively promoting the comprehensive support and pilot test， perfecting the multi-level system of talent introduction and cultivation and sounding multi-level and corresponding service platform system for future development. 　　[Key words] Traditional Chinese medicine industry； Development suggestion； Pudong New Area 　　中药产业已成为当前我国增长最快的产业之一，拥有巨大的发展潜力。与此同时，随着健康观念的变化和医学模式的转变，中医药学优势凸显，中医药服务发展迅猛，中医药国际化稳步推进[1]。近年来随着浦东新区“国家中医药综合改革试验区”“国家中医药科技成果转化基地”的稳步建设，以及张江高科技园区生物医药基地的成功开发，浦东新区中药产业的发展也保持了较好的势头[2]。特别是在各级政府的关心和支持下，重点科研机构、高等院校和医院临床机构等相继入驻，创
