Western Liaoning rovince is located in the region that farming and livestock crisscross in north of China.It is not only the transition region from the arid region to the half-arid region, but also the e- cosystem transition region that makes a sensitive res onse to environmental change.Form rehistoric age to Ming and Qing Dynasty, the land utilization attern undergone many rocesses that farming and livestock crisscrossed and develo ed in the region.
