葛根汤配合推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病53例疗效评价 　　[摘要] 目的:观察葛根汤加减配合推拿手法来治疗53例神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法:将101例神经根型颈椎病的患者随机分为治疗组(葛根汤加减配合推拿手法)53例、对照组(口服西乐葆配合推拿手法)49例,经2个疗程治疗后进行数据统计并疗效评定。结果: 治疗组总有效率为98.1%,对照组总有效率为87.8%,治疗组与对照组比较,有非常显著性差异(P0.01)。结论:葛根汤加减配合推拿手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效明确,是临床保守治疗神经根型颈椎病的一种不错的选择,值得推广。 　　[关键词] 神经根型颈椎病;葛根汤;推拿;疗效 　　[中图分类号] R681.55[文献标识码] A[文章编号]1673-7210(2010)04(b)-076-03 　　 　　Assessment of the curative effect of Gegen Decoction combined with massage in the treatmentof53 casesof cervical spondylotic radiculopathy 　　YU Huiai1,ZHANG Zhihai2 　　(1.Xiqiao Peoples Hospital, Foshan528211,China; 2.The Third Affiliated Hospital of GZUCM, Guangzhou510240, China) 　　[Abstract] Objective: To observe the curative effect of Gegen Decoction modifying combined with massage in the treatment of 53 cases of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods:101 cases with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into two groups. The treated group(n=53) received Gegen Decoction modifying combined with massage, and the control group (n=49) were treated with Celebrex Per Ox combinedwith massage. All the data were analyzed and evaluations of efficacy were performed at the end of two therapeutic courses. Results: The total effective rate in treatment group was 98.1%, while that in control group was 87.8%.There were significant difference(P0.01) between the two groups. Conclusion:Combined treatment of Gegen Decoction modifying and massage has significant efficacy in treating patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.It is asuperior therapy for conservative treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in clinic. It is worthy of furthering its widespreaduse. 　　[Key words] Cervical spondylotic radiculopathy; Gegen Decoction; Massage; Efficacy 　　 　　神经根型颈椎病是由于颈椎间盘退变,颈椎骨质增生,颈椎关节韧带的松动、错位,慢性损伤刺激或压迫了颈神经根等组织而发生的一种临床综合症候群。它是颈椎病中发病率最高的一种类型,占颈椎病发病的60%,多好发于中老年人,以40～50岁的人群为多见[1]。本病临床症状多以颈、肩、臂、手的疼痛与麻木为主,或伴有颈部活动受限及患侧肢体活动受限。近几年来,笔者运用葛根汤加减配合推拿手法来治疗神经根型颈椎病,取得了较好的疗效,故做临床疗效实验对比,现总结报道如下: 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1一般资料
