l 摘 要 现如今贮水式电热水器已走进千家万户，但是电热水器是家用电器中发生安全事故最多的产品之一，我国每年都会发生多起电热水器伤人事件，并因此而引起的消费纠纷和责任纠纷比比皆是。所以对电热水器的风险分析及责任保险的研究，有助于解决这些消费纠纷和责任纠纷。 本文在熟悉电热水器结构、组成、工作原理和安全措施的基础上，采用概率风险评价方法对电热水器的安全性进行评价。通过建立事故树对事件树中的初始事件和环节事件进行分析，找出导致电热水器事故发生的危险因素。再利用事故树对事件树中的初始事件和环节事件进行分析，算出顶事件概率。通过概率计算与责任限额和免赔额相结合制定出费率浮动方案，依此制订合适的电热水器产品责任保险方案。 关键词：电热水器；风险分析；事故树；保险方案 Abstract Electric water heaters have been now into everyone’s family, but electric water heater ’s safety is one of the largest safety problem in China , more attacks from the electric water heater, and disputes have been everywhere. So the risk of electric water heaters on the analysis and study of liability insurance will help to resolve these disputes.Whether the consumer ,business or community will have positive significance. Electric water heater ’s structure, composition, working principle can be known well and safety measures based on probabilistic risk assessment methods used for the safety of the electric water heater be evaluated. Through the fault tree find out the top event and in the analysis of events we’d like’s to find out the electric water heater resulting in the risk factors of the accident. Fault Tree Recycling event tree of the initial events in the analysis of events and links to calculate the probability of top event.
