高促性腺激素性不孕症治疗的方案及临床效果 　　[摘要] 目的 探究与分析高促性腺激素性不孕症治疗方案及临床效果。方法 随机选取该院自2012年12月―2014年12月收治的高促性腺激素性不孕症患者60例，采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组各30例，对照组给予倍美力联合安宫黄体酮治疗，观察组给妈富隆治疗，对比两组患者治疗后血FSH值的变化及妊娠情况。 结果 对照组与观察组治疗前、治疗2个疗程后及治疗3个疗程后血FSH水平差异均无统计学意义（P0.05）。 对照组与观察组治疗2个疗程后及治疗3个疗程后妊娠例数差异均无统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 以倍美力联合安宫黄体酮与妈富隆两种方法在治疗高促性腺激素性不孕症患者时可取得同等的临床疗效，均可显著降低血FSH水平，改善妊娠情况，值得推广。 　　[关键词] 高促性腺激素性；不孕症；雌孕激素序贯疗法；妈富隆 　　[中图分类号] R71 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）06（a）-0042-02 　　Treatment of Infertility Caused by High Gonadotrophin Hormone and Its Clinical Effect 　　CAI Dong-mei 　　Sihui Tongji Special Outpatient Department， Sihui，Guangdong Province，526200 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the treatment of infertility caused by high gonadotrophin hormone and its clinical effect. Methods 60 patients with our hospital from December 2012 to December 2014 were high gonadotrophin infertility patients with infertility caused by high gonadotrophin hormone admitted to our hospital from December 2012 to December 2014 were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method， 30 cases in each group.The control group was given Beimeili combined with provera therapy， while observation group was given marvelone treatment. Blood FSH values change and pregnancies were compared between the two groups of patients after treatment. Results Control group and observation group before and after 2 courses of treatment and the treatment after 3 course of blood FSH levels had no obvious diference（P0.05）. Control group and observation group therapy and after 2 courses of treatment after 3 course of pregnancy cases had no obvious difference（P0.05）. Conclusion Combined provera at times the force and the two methods in the treatment of mom rich grand high gonadotrophin infertility patients can achieve the same clinical curative effect， can significantly reduce the blood level of FSH， improve the pregnancies， worthy of promotion. 　　[Key words] High gonadotropic hormone； Infertility； Female progest
