黄芪联合激素治疗小儿肾病综合征55例的的疗效观察 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨黄芪联合激素治疗小儿肾病综合征的临床效果。方法 选取2006年4月至2009年4月,我院确诊为肾病综合征患儿96例, 随机分为常规组(41例)和联合治疗组(55例)。分别给与常规治疗和常规治疗加黄芪注射液静脉点滴。比较两组患儿临床疗效及两组患儿水肿平均消退时间;检测治疗4周后两组患儿空腹静脉血血浆总蛋白、白蛋白、三酰甘油及胆固醇浓度。结果 联合治疗组患儿肾病综合征完全缓解率和总缓解率(72.7%和90.9%)显著高于常规组(63.4%和80.5%)(P0.05)。联合治疗患儿水肿消退平均时间(12.9±6.2)d比常规组(12.9±6.2)d明显缩短。联合治疗组患儿较常规组患儿血浆总蛋白升高,白蛋白、胆固醇、三酰甘油降低。结论 黄芪联合激素治疗效果优于单纯常规激素治疗,患儿容易耐受。 　　【关键词】 黄芪;糖皮质激素;肾病综合征;儿童 　　 　　Therapeutic effects of Huangqi combined with routine therapy with glucocorticosteroidfor treating 55 children with nephritic syndrome 　　 　　ZHANG Yan. 　　Department of Pediatrics, the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University,Weihui 453100,China 　　 　　 　　【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the therapeutic effects of Huangqi combined with routine therapy with glucocorticosteroidon treating childrens nephritic syndrome.Methods The total of 96 children of nephritic syndrome treated by our hospital from April,2006 to April,2009 were randomly divided into two groups;Children(41 cases) in routine group received routine therapy with glucocorticosteroid , Children(55 cases) in combined group were treated with Huangqi combined with routine therapy with glucocorticosteroid,then observing the therapeutic effect and mean relief time of edema in two groups;The level of total plasma protein ,plasmaalbumn,triglyeride and cholesterol in two groups 4 weeks after treatment were detected.Results Complete remission rate and total complete remission rate in combined group(72.7% and 90.9%)was higer significantly than those in routine group(63.4% and 80.5%)(P0.05);Mean relief time of edema in combined group reduced more than that in routine group;Compared with routine group total plasma protein in combined group increased ; while plasmaalbumn,triglyeride and cholesterol decreased.Conclusion Therapeutic effects of Huangqi combined with routine therapy with glucocorticosteroidon treating childrens nephritic syndrome are better than that of routine treatment.This wa
