orem自理模式在脊髓损伤康复期患者随访中的应用 胡碧三邓进君岳晓坪 (重庆医科大学附属第二医院重庆400010) 】目的：探讨orem自理模式在脊髓损伤康复期患者随访中的应用。 方法：采用回顾性分析法，选取我科2013年6月?2015年5月收治的60例脊 髓损伤患者的临床资料，随机将患者分为对照组和观察组，每组30例患者。给 予对照组患者常规出院指导，给予观察组以orem自理模式为指导,为患者制定个 性化出院后康复训练计划，并通过电话随访，家庭访视,定期门诊复诊，创建QQ群等 形式进行为期半年随访护理，观察两组患者FIM评分、并发症及护理满意度情 况。结果：经过一段时间的护理，观察组患者FIM评分明显优于对照组，Plt;0.05, 差异有统计学意义：两组患者并发症率、护理满意度之间比较有明显的差异， Plt;0.05,有统计学意义。结论：orem自理模式应用于脊髓损伤康复期患者随 访中具有较好的效果，能有效提高患者功能独立水平，减少并发症，促进患者康 复，提高生存质量。 关键词】orem自理模式；脊髓损伤；康复期；随访干预 】R681.5 】A 】2095-1752 (2016) 09-0052-03 Orem self-mode application in spinal cord injury patients in the follow-up rehabilitation Hu Bisan, Deng Jinjun, Yue Xiaoping. Methods A retrospective analysis, choose our department in June 2013 - May 2015 admitted to the clinical data of patients with spinal cord injury in 60 cases, patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases of patients in each group.
