泼尼松联合维血宁治疗特发性血小板减少紫癜临床疗效剖析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析泼尼松联合维血宁治疗特发性血小板减少紫癜临床疗效。方法 方便选择该院自2011年1月―2017年3月收治的90例特发性血小板减少紫癜患者，?⑵渌婊?分为2组，对照组和观察组，每组45例。对照组患者给予波尼松治疗，观察组患者给予波尼松联合维血宁治疗，对两组患者治疗效果进行比较。结果 观察组患者有效率为91.11%明显高于对照组71.11%，相对比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。经治疗后，观察组患者血小板计数与对照组对比，前者显著高于后者（P0.05）；治疗后观察组患者的血小板计数为（102.87±22.37）×109/L。两组患者血小板开始回升时间、达到顶峰时间观察组明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组血小板开始上升的时间为（3.62±1.76）d，在（8.73±2.87）d达到峰值。结论 要在短时间内将特发性血小板减少紫癜患者血小板数目提升，将出血时间缩短，泼尼松联合维血宁治疗是不错的选择。 　　[关键词] 泼尼松；维血宁；特发性血小板减少紫癜；临床疗效 　　[中图分类号] R554 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）11（a）-0116-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of prednisone and weixuening granules in treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura. Methods 90 cases of patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2011 to March 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each， th control group were treated with prednisone， while the observation group were treated with prednisone and weixuening granules， and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（91.11% vs 71.11%），（P0.05）， and the blood platelet count in the observation group after treatment was higher than that in the control group（P0.05）， which was （102.87±22.37）×109/L in the observation group after treatment， and the rise time of blood platelet and peak reaching time in the observation group were obviously shorter than those in the control group（P0.05）， and the starting time of blood platelet risk was （3.62±1.76）d in the observation group， reaching the peak value at （8.73±2.87）d. Conclusion prednisone and weixuening granules treatment is a good choice to improve the blood platelet count of patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura in a short time and shorten the bleeding time. 　　[Key words] Prednisone； Weixuening； Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura
