PAGE 2 摘 要 近几年，随着空调器制造技术不断进步，对高效，节能，环保的要求愈来愈高，采用内螺纹铜盘管制作蒸发器和冷凝器的新型空调器得到了广泛的应用，高效传热和蒸发的内螺纹铜管也越来越受到市场的青睐。本文以TP2铜管内螺纹成形为例，对内螺纹铜管成形模拟进行了研究。 通过了解TP2铜管内螺纹成形工艺，对其进行模拟，并采用MSC.MARC进行有限元模拟，通过不断模拟成形，对得到的结果进行分析，最终得到一组适合本课题的最优工艺参数。对其应力应变分布、缺陷形式等进行分析，从而得出其成形缺陷原因以及解决方案。 研究结果对于TP2铜管内螺纹成形有指导意义。 关键词：TP2铜管内螺纹；有限元模拟；缺陷原因 Abstract With the air-conditioner nufacturing technology advances, the efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection, the rising demand for female overall hydrophilic aluminum foil pipe jade produced a new type of evaporator and condenserair conditioner have been used widely, heat transfer and evaporation of the university brass have received more and more female market of all ages.In this paper, thread forming, the TP2 copper, brass internal thread of the forming simulation has been studied. By learning the TP2 copper tube forming process within the thread, the forming From the results of the simulation was used the finite element software MSC.MARC simulation, analysis of the results obtained, finally get a set for the optimal process parameters of this issue . Their stress and strain distribution, defects and other forms of analysis to arrive at the forming defects causes and solutions.  The results will be applied in the TP2 copper tube forming .
