中国科技论文在线 中小学生压力源结构研究 刘莹，牛莉霞** （辽宁工程技术大学工商管理学院，葫芦岛市125105） 5 摘要：在2018年全国两会上，“给中小学生减负”再次成为了焦点话题，使得中小学生压力问 题持续升温。为探索中小学生压力现状，分析其压力来源及影响因素的影响力，在文献分析 的基础上，结合半开放式访谈，初步确定了中小学生压力源维度，借鉴已成型问卷项目，编 制了中小学生压力影响因素问卷。基于结构方程模型原理，构建中小学生压力影响因素模型， 10 并根据标准化路径系数分析各影响因素的影响力大小，对调查数据进行探索性和验证性因子 分析。结果表明：中小学生压力源是一个多维度系统，受自身因素和环境因素影响，包括自 我控制感、自我满意度、家庭支持、教育管理、角色冲突、学业负荷、社会氛围。基于7个 因素提出“自身—家庭—学校—社会”四位一体的压力干预体系。 关键词：中小学生；压力源结构；结构方程模型SEM 15 中图分类号：C915 The research on stressor structure of primary and middle school students Liu Ying, Niu Lixia 20 (School of Business Management,Liaoning Technology University,Huludao 125105) Abstract : In the two national conferences in 2018, to reduce the burden of primary and secondary school students once again became the focus of the topic, making the pressure of primary and secondary school students continues to heat up.
