Abstract With the development of P2P online lending industry in China, companies are facing increasingly fierce competition, talent has become one of the key factors driving corporate growth. How to establish an effective incentive and restraint mechanisms and what methods of incentives to use to retain talent, are the problems that get the companys attention in the increasingly fierce competition in the industry. Firstly, equity incentive and related research in P2P online lending industry were reviewed, and then combined with real-world environment of P2P online lending company at this stage of the case of P2P online lending companies and pilot implementation of equity incentive system, several typical P2P online lending companies’s equity incentive models were briefly nalyzed. Next, Yinxin was choosed as a typical case. Using of case studies to analyze the equity incentive should take into account of causes of Yinxin’s action, course of program implementation and results. we focuses on the Yinxin’s equity incentive model, we finally find the multi-level equity incentive model which can be tutoring of the majority of private domestic enterprises in P2P online lending industry in China, in the same time, it helps improve the effectiveness of enterprise operation, reduce the negative impact of the operation, and promote the healthy development of the industry ,which are of course practically significant.
