摘 要 随着科学技术的进步，计算机行业的迅速发展，人们的工作效率得到了大大的提高。计算机信息处理系统的引进已彻底改变了许多公司的经营管理。甚至一个小店主也可能正在用计算机来控制销售、记账以及其他活动。 本系统是以扬州市原有的基于LAN的残疾人管理系统为背景，开发并完善基于Internet的扬州地区残疾人基础信息管理系统。本系统主要包括的功能有系统设置、基本信息维护、基础信息管理、教育就业管理、康复训练管理、组织宣传管理、综合查询统计等。系统核心是数据库，使原来分散的、标准不统一的各类数据按统一的规范构成分布式残疾人基本状况数据库系统，形成信息齐全、更新及时的数据库服务体系，从而能以信息技术手段（如综合查询）为领导决策、制定有关残疾人事业的政策等提供科学依据。 本系统使用Microsoft公司推出的ASP.NET进行前端开发，它是基于通用语言的编程框架，提供了一种崭新的网络编程模型,且具有开发效率高、设计灵活、生成的软件界面友好美观等特点。后端的开发工具是Microsoft SQL Server 2000，整个数据库都是相互关联的，使数据库具有较高的完整性，一致性和安全性。 关键词：.NET；信息系统；软件开发；数据库管理系统 ABSTRACT ? With the progress of science and technology，the rapid development of the computer industry，improve peoples working efficiency greatly. This system which based on original LAN management system for the disabled of Yangzhou city became Internet-based disabilities information management system of Yangzhou city after developed and improved.
