东北大学秦皇岛分校毕业设计（论文） 第 PAGE III 页 毕业设计（论文） OPC传输转换软件设计 系 别 自动化工程系 专业名称 测控技术与仪器专业 班级学号 指导教师 OPC传输转换软件设计 摘 要 OPC将对象链接和嵌入技术应用于工业过程控制领域，为控制现场中不同生产厂家生产的软硬件的系统集成和之间的数据交换提供了途径。OPC基于Microsoft公司的COM/DCOM技术。由于OPC技术是一种具有开放性、可靠性、互操作性的数据交换技术，因此已经得到非常广泛的应用。但是由于DCOM技术有配置不方便、不支持跨平台和跨网络通讯不方便的缺点，限制了OPC技术的进一步发展和应用。为了解决以上问题，本论文在目前流行的OPC Tunnel技术基础上开发了一个OPC传输转换软件，简化了DCOM配置，为实现数据的跨平台和跨网络传输提供了解决途径。 本文在对OPC技术和OPC Tunnel技术的现状进行充分调研的基础上，针对目前的技术发展情况，设计了OPC传输转换软件，主要包括OPC通讯模块和Socket通讯模块，给出了主要模块的详细设计过程。OPC通讯模块实现了与OPC服务器的实时数据通讯，而Socket通讯模块的设计克服了OPC传输技术的局限性，实现了数据的跨平台、跨网络传输。最后对OPC传输转换软件进行了实验验证，将该软件应用到“磨矿过程优化控制仿真实验系统”中，经过测试，该软件达到设计要求。本文所探索的技术为同类应用提供了借鉴。 关键字：C#，OPC技术，Socket，传输转换，UDP通讯 OPC transmission conversion software design Author： Tutor： Abstract OPC applies the object linking and embedding technology in the field of industrial process control. It provides the access to data exchange and systems integration of different manufacturers. The OPC technology is based on Microsoft’s COM/DCOM technology. As the OPC technology is a kind of open，reliable, interoperable data exchange technology, it is widely used. But because the DCOM technology does not support cross-platform and cross-network communication, and the DCOM configuration is not convenient, it greatly limits the OPC technology’s further development and application. To solve the problems above, based on the current popular technology—OPC Tunnel technology, this paper develops an OPC transmission conversion software. It can simplify the DCOM configuration, at the same time, it provides a solution for data’s cross-platform and cross-network transmission. This paper researches the developing status of OPC technology and OPC Tunnel technology, considering the current technology development, this paper designs an OPC transmission conversion software, including OPC communication module and Socket c
