工程投标及报价的策略 　　[摘要]建筑工程招投标制度是我国基本建设经济体制的一项重大改革,也是我国建筑行业走向市场化的必然结果。但纵观我国目前建筑市场的现实,建筑市场竞争日益激烈,施工企业工程任务短缺和在建项目收益严重下滑的问题也更加突出,因此,施工企业面对这种市场环境,就必须在注重提高企业内在素质的同时,加强工程投标工作的研究,提高投标质量,这是施工企业在市场经济竞争中生存和发展的重要保证。尤其对报价来说更是业主选择中标单位的主要指标之一，也是业主和施工企业单位签订承包会同和进行工程结算的依据。如果报价过高，施工企业会失去中标机会；投标报价过低，施工企业即使中标，也会给自己带来亏本的风险；因此，施工企业应从宏观角度出发，利用报价策略及报价编制技巧，对工程总报价进行控制，力求报价适中，既能达到中标的目的，又得较好的经济效益。 　　 　　[关键词]工程投标；投标报价 　　[Abstract] Architectural engineering bidding system is the basic economic system in our country the construction of a major reform, and China is the construction industry is the inevitable result of the way to the market.
