1.Practise describing people and talking about jobs.
2.Practise listening in order to identify opinions.
3. Improve students speaking and reading ability.
4.Help students practise using “must” and “may,can,have to” to express.
Process and methods
1.Get familiar with different ways of giving opinions.
2.Practise using modals for speculation
3.Distinguish between modals used for decision, advice and speculation
4.How to encourage students to express their own ideas with confidence.
5.How to enable students to grasp the key words and phrases.

Hollands Theory of Career Choice
The Career Key is based on John Hollands theory of vocational choice. At its simplest, this theory proposes that Birds of the same feather flock together. In other words, people like to be around others who have similar personalities. In choosing a career, it means that people choose jobs where they can be around other people who are like them.
It is the best known and most widely researched theory on this topic. It is used by many career counselors. Understanding it will help you make sense of your Career Key scores and how they are related to career choice.
