The Information Management System of Customers in a Small Enterprise Abstract : As the market economy continues to develop, the traditional business strategy cannot meet modern competition in the market. More and more enterprises and managers are already convinced that the customer is the key to future success. Using client management system, enterprises will be able to better understand and serve customers, improve customer relationships and raise the level of management, cut the cost of doing business, and finally obtain greater corporate profits. This paper presents a basic introduction to the “Small Business Client Information Management System”. Also it describes in detail how to use Visual Basic 6.0 and Access 2000 to develop a database application, specifically object-oriented design and package operation of the database in class, and make program structures clear and easy to maintain. The user-interface of the business-logic separates into a three-layer structure. Packaging business logic in a single component that features the safety， maintainability, reusability and augment ability of the Small Business Client Information Management System.
