学校代码： 学 号： 200810706053 10128 题 目 学生姓名班 级 指导教师 题 目 学生姓名 班 级 指导教师 山东省民间借贷问题的对策研究 郭明峰 管理学院 经济系 国际经济与贸易 08-2 班 李瑾副教授 二O —二年六月 民间借贷是我国一种古老的融资方式，在我国当今金融体系下，民间借贷一直 游走于法律的灰色地带。“吴英案”引发了巨大的社会轰动效应，也引发了人们对民 间借贷的热烈探讨。在当今形势下，对民间借贷进行理性的分析和深入的研究，对我 国未来经济的健康发展具有深远意义。 本文以山东省为例，致力于阐述民间借贷基本理论，介绍民间借贷在我国的发展 状况，考量民间借贷对经济发展的正负效应，指明民间借贷未来的发展出路。按照以 上脉络，本文可以分为四个部分：第一部分主要叙述民间借贷的概念、分类和特征， 及其与正规金融借贷的关系；第二部分简略介绍山东民间借贷发展现状；第三部分分 析山东民间借贷存在的问题；第四部分总结了外国民间借贷的发展经验，同时对山东 未来民间借贷的发展提出相关建议。 在我国金融市场尚不完善的情况下，民间借贷不失为企业融资的一个重要渠道。 但如果任其无序发展，势必也会对我国经济发展产生诸多不良影响。所以我们应对其 进行客观理性的分析，规避其负面影响，促进我国经济健康发展。 关键词：民间借贷山东经济影响 Abstract Private sector borrowing is an ancient financial method in china, but it’s somewhat illegal in today’s Chinese financial system . The case of Wu Ying makes a great influence to our society, and triggered a warmly discussion about private sector borrowing. Nowadays, it is a meaningful behaviour to analyse private sector borrowing，as it can influence Chinese economy violently. This essay takes Shandong Province as an example, aiming at elaborating the basic theory of private sector borrowing，describing private sector borrowing’ status in today’s china，analyse the influence of private sector borrowing to economy，pointing out the future of private sector borrowing. In accordance with the above context，this essay consists of four parts: the first part narrates the concept，assortment and feature of private sector borrowing, the second part introduce the necessity and today’s status of private sector borrowing in Shandong, the third part analyses the problem of private sector borrowing’s in Shandong,the fourth part summarizes foreign’experience to private sector borrowing,and gives some advice to develop and control private sector borrowing. private sector borrowing is an important way for enterprise to get money,because the financial system is faultiness in china.but it will cause a lot of bad influence to china economy if we let it out of our control we must make objective analysis to private se
