工程施工质量管控方法的研究 ［夺商要］在国民经济中，占重要地位的建筑行业的发展如火如荼。近儿年来，随着国民经 济的高速增长，我国建筑行业也迅速的发展,无论在建设规模与建筑市场等方面也迅速扩人。 建筑市场H益扩大，随处可见新幵工的工地，而整个工程施工过程是项目建设过程中投入资 金和消耗资源最大的阶段，也是形成工程的具体过程，因此施工阶段的质量控制对于整个工 程的质量的形成等起着关键的作用。因此施工阶段工程项A质量管理和控制是住宅工程质量 管理的核心，是决定住宅工程建设质量优劣的关键环节。因此如何管理和控制工程的施工过 程的质量以保证和提高工程的质量，就必然成为一个值得认真研究的现实课题。本文主耍从 施工项A出现质量问题的原因、施工项A质量管理内容、施工项A质量管理方法、施工项A 质量管理改进等几方面论述。 ［关键字］工程质量 质量管控研宂 Study of construction quality control method [Abstract] In the national economy, the development occupies an important position in the construction industry in full swing.
