摘 要 改革开放以来，道路运输生产力持续快速发展，运输市场不断壮大，供给能力不断 增强，服务水平不断提升，为经济社会发展和人民群众安全便捷出行提供了有力支撑和 保障，道路运输在综合运输体系中的地位和经济社会发展中的作用日益突出。 随着国民经济的健康发展，公路基础设施建设力度的不断加大，以及经济体制改革 的不断深入，道路运输业进入跨越式发展阶段。但是随着竞争环境的变化、技术的日新 月异、高精尖人才的稀缺以及监管当局日益严格的监管等因素，道路运输业在经营过程 中面临的风险因素日益增加，也给管理增添了许多难度。道路运输风险管理工作面临诸 多新情况、新问题，非全面的风险管理已经不能适应我国道路运输企业快速发展的要求。 在新的历史时期，道路运输企业如何进行全面的风险管理是摆在我们面前的一个重 要课题。本文在研究道路货运企业全面风险管理的过程中，以风险管理理论和道路运输 企业经营相关理论为指导，依据我国道路运输实施风险管理的现状，分析了我国当前道 路货运企业面临的主要风险因素，评估了风险的影响程度，明确了风险对策，同时借鉴 了美国、澳大利亚、英国等发达国家的先进风险管理经验，并根据新时期道路运输风险 管理面临的形势与要求，提出了道路货运企业全面风险管理的的整体思路。论文研究对 规范我国道路运输市场和道路运输企业风险管理具有一定的理论指导意义和现实意义。 关键词：道路货运企业，风险，风险管理 i II II Abstract Since reform and opening， Chinas sustained and rapid development of road transport productivity， growing transportation market， supply ability， service levels rising， economic and social development and the people safe and convenient travel provide a strong support and protection，road transport within an integrated transport system the status and economic and social development in the increasingly prominent role.
