资源枯竭型城市工人的社会问题研究——以安徽省淮北市煤矿工人为例 人类对自然资源的开发与利用是人类社会由依赖自然转变为征服自然的主 耍标志，也由此形成了一系列的资源型城市。工业社会发展到今天，资源的枯竭 不仅导致一系列的生态问题，也引起了一系列的社会问题。资源型城市的社会问 题主要集中于产业工人这一群体。因此,本文主要运用社会学的研究方法和理论, 以煤矿工人为例，探究煤矿枯竭城市屮煤矿工人的生活和工作状态，以及在这一 背景下煤矿工人的社会问题。 木次研究主耍采用文献法和实地访谈法來取得第一手资料，通过收集和分析 资料得出淮北作为资源型城市己经出现资源枯竭的状况，可定义为资源枯竭沏城 市。由于资源枯竭产生了一系列社会问题。岀现了煤矿工人的就业问题和社会保 障问题。笔者认为煤矿工人出于收入和安全的追求，转变以往的就业观念，为追 求更高的利益不再看中职、Ik的稳定性，更倾hd于追求更高的效益。针对这一转变, 笔者认为这与煤炭枯竭的现实状况是分不开的。 关键词：社会问题，资源枯竭型城帘，煤矿工人，就业 Abstract: Human development and utilization of natural resources is dependent on the natural transformation of human society from the main indicator for the conquest of nature, and has thus formed a series of resource-based cities.
