Methods 79 patients who received hip-joint replacement surgery in our hospital from October 2013 to December 2016 were retrospectively divided into two groups according to different anesthesia methods. 34 patients in the control group were given continuous epidural anesthesia while 45 patients in the observation group were given continuous epidural anesthesia combined with endotracheal anesthesia. Heart rate (HR)，systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) before and after anesthesia of patients in two groups were recorded and observed. At the same time, postoperative recovery (can answer) time of patients in two groups were observed. Results HR, SBP and DBP before anesthesia of patients in two groups had no significant diffcrcncc(P0. 05). Differences in every index after anesthesia of the observation group and the control group had statistical significance (P0.05 ) . Excellent rate of anesthesia patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the （P0. 05 ） . Conclusion Application of continuous epidural anesthesia combined with endotracheal anesthesia in hip-joint replacement surgery has a good anesthesia effect and fewer effect on heart rate， blood pressure and other indexes.
