炼钢转炉煤气回收的影响因素及改善措施 针对我公司燃气能源使用情况，依据高炉煤气、转炉煤气、天然气使用平衡现 状，通过提高转炉煤气回收量来降低天然气使用从而降低成本。炼钢转炉煤气回收 利用效果不理想的现状，以本公司炼钢转炉煤气回收系统为背景，结合转炉煤气成 分变化从理论上分析了提高煤气回收量的基本途径，研究了转炉工序设备条件、原 料条件、空气吸入量、回收条件、供氧强度、煤气储存等因素对转炉煤气回收量的 影响，其中空气吸入量、回收条件、供氧强度、煤气储存等因素的影响尤为显著。 从完善软硬件设备等方而提出了提高二炼钢转炉煤气回收水平的具体措施，实施后 可取得很好的节能效果。 关键词：转炉煤气回收利用空气吸入量回收条件供氧强度 The influence factors of steel-making Converter gas recovery and the improvement measures ABSTRACT For my company to gas energy usage，on the basis of blast furnace gas, converter gas， natural gas use balance status quo, by improving the converter gas recycled to reduce the use of natural gas in order to reduce the cost. Steelmaking converter gas recovery using the present situation of the effect is not ideal，in the company of steelmaking converter gas recovery system as the background, combined with converter gas composition changes are analyzed theoretically the basic way to improve the gas recycled, studies the process of converter equipment conditions，the raw material condition, air intake, recycling, the intensity of oxygen supply，gas storage and other factors on the converter gas recycled, the influence of the air intake，recycling condition, oxygen supply intensity is especially significant, the influence of factors such as gas storage. From the perspectives of perfect software and hardware equipment，puts forward the practical measures to improve the level of the second steelmaking converter gas recovery，after the implementation of good energy saving effect can be obtained.
