罗布麻黄酮的提取及抗氧化活性的研究
摘要:本课题以罗布麻为原料,采用乙醇浸提法提取罗布麻中的黄酮,考察了乙醇溶剂浓度、提取时间、提取温度、料液比、提取次数等因素对罗布麻黄酮提取率的影响,其中选择了乙醇溶剂浓度、提取温度、提取时间、料液比四个因素设计正交实验来优化黄酮的最佳提取工艺,并对羟基自由基的清除和对超氧阴离子清除等两个方面进行黄酮抗氧化性的研究。得到的实验数据表明,影响罗布麻总黄酮提取的主要因素为乙醇溶剂浓度、液料比,其次提取时间、提取温度。罗布麻中黄酮的最佳提取工艺为乙醇溶剂浓度为65%,提取时间4h,温度80℃,料液比1:15,测得罗布麻总黄酮的含量为2.89%。除此之外,罗布麻黄酮对羟基自由基和超氧阴离子具有清除作用,且清除率与黄酮存在一定的量效关系。

Study Extraction and Antioxidant Activity of
Flavonoids from Apocynum Venetum L. YE Yixuan

Abstract:The extraction of flavonoids in Apocynum venetum L. by ethanol extraction was studied in this paper. The effects of ethanol concentration, extraction time, extraction temperature, ratio of material to liquid and extraction times on the extraction rate of Apocynum venetum L. were investigated. The orthogonal design was used to optimize the extraction process of flavonoids, and the removal of hydroxyl radical and the removal of superoxide anion were studied. The flavonoids Study on Oxidation Resistance. The experimental data showed that the main factors affecting the extraction of total flavonoids of Apocynum venetum were ethanol solvent concentration, liquid to material ratio, extraction time and extraction temperature. The optimum extraction conditions were: ethanol concentration 65%, extraction time 4h, temperature 80 ℃, ratio of solid to liquid 1:15, total flavonoids content of Apocynum venetum was 2.89%. In addition, flavonoids of Apocynum venetum have a scavenging effect on hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion, and the clearance rate has a dose-effect relationship with flavonoids.
