山东师范大学硕士学位论文 Molecular Toxicology of Environmental Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals Simazine and Atrazine in Medaka Abstract The ubiquitously distribution of endocrine disrupting chemicals(EDCs)are causing all increasingly serious pollution problem to the human and wildlife all over the world．These chemicals have the ability to mimic or resist the action of endogenous hormones，mad affect Sex differentiation and gonad development of fish and other wildlife．In this paper，molecular toxicology of abnormal gonadal development and sex differentiation caused by EDCs were studied by comparing expression levels of the sex related genes in medaka(Oryzias latipes)． In this paper，the medaka were exposed to different concentrations of environmental estrogens：simazine(CAT)and atrazine．The environmental molecular toxicology was carried out on the topic of how the EDCs disrupt the gonad development by quantifying genes expression．Results demonstrated that environmental estrogen exposed male medaka developed testicular oocytes and retarded testes development．In the course，the marker genes(VTG-I)were induced highly expression．Above all，estrogen receptorⅡ(ER-a)mRNA level increased significantly，and the increased ER-n level would make more opportunity for estrogen to be combined by ER-a，and this would obviously accelerate the feminization． By extrinsic estrogen exposure，the varieties of some genes expression that proved to take action in mammal sex differentiation have been detected in medaka． CYPl9B，WNT4，GATA4 and STAR are induced in male embryos by CAT and atrazion，but these genes expression doesn’t increased significantly．These genes to extrinsic estrogen exposure aren’t promising to be new markers for detection of EDCS． In addition，based on the foregoing methods and results，the effects of simazine and atrazion on Chinese sturgeon were also primary studied in this paper． Key Word：Simazine，Atrazine，Medaka(Oryzias Latipes)，Gonad development， Gene Expression  山东师范大学硕士学位论文 英汉名词及简写 4-n
