Research Research on the Performance Evaluation and Development Countermeasures of Agricultural Information in Hebei Province Author：HUANG Guoqing Major：Rural regional development Tutor：YANG Chunhe Abstract Development of a鲫cultural informatization is the key factor in the modemization of agriculture in Hebei．Hebei Province agricultural informatization development despite the certain result and the effect，a lot of fruitful practical work in agricultural management services and industrial upgrading．but there are still some problems to be solved．nle Hebei Province agriculture informatization measurement index system affecting the agricultural inforillatization levelin Hebei Province as the research obj ect，Hebei Province as a major agricultural province，study the problem of,to understand and evaluate the current situation of Hebei agricultural informatization and the level of development，for the follow—up development to provide decision-making basis and considering basis；research path and methods to enhalice the level of agricultural informatization in Hebei Province，improve efnciency of agricultural production and enhance the scientific nature of agricultural production and management decision,to achieve agricultural emciency and rural development．farmers’income has important significance． The through the application of the literature review,data statistics and Library and information science theory and method of research methods，on the basis of related literature review and analysis of,considering the agricultural informatization in Hebei Province and the actual situation of the a酣cultural informatization index data acquisition approach based on．the Hebei Province agriculture infornlatization measurement index svstem．The index system includes 5 first class indexes and 14 secondary indicators．nle two methods of COefficient of variation and entropy method to determine the weight of each index，has carried on the analysis to the level of agricultural informatization
