Abstract He Lin thinks that the highest art and highest moral must be identical, and the moral will develop following the way of art. The moral and esthetic are all not only a kind of value relation, but also a kind of objective value relation, comprehending from “the eternal form”. The aesthetic value is only a question of appreciation, an aspect of human?s amusing performance of spirit movement，merely involving those things with disregard to the relationship of benefits or damages, having nothing to do with important problems of life, and having no any benefits or damages of life .But the moral value is actually connected with benefits or damages human lives. In the history, the value fitting for social need and development is often generalized truth, goodness and beauty abstractly. Exploring truth, seeking for goodness and advocating beauty is the most meaningful behavior for social development under the guidance of progressive value idea. He associates moral with the whole society in together, and judges the moral value from the angle of deontology and teleology, but the aesthetic value does not have esthetic orders similar with moral orders .The aesthetic value is the appreciating course without involving the benefits and damages, furthermore, it is also the display of humans free soul. An obvious tendency of modern philosophy is to combine the moral value and the aesthetic value with the natural objects, and promotes the status of the natural objects simultaneously. He Lin thinks that if the moral wants to become arts, it must experience one course of breaking loose the rational fetter and returning to the intuitional instinct, namely,the course of perception. The moral won?t become the real art until it becomes spontaneous, non-compulsion, stemming from the innermost consciousness and intuitional instinct behavior, among which “the intuition” what He Lin had said is also especially important.
