精品文档 可编辑 题 目：中小型科技企业人力资源管理模式的研究 摘 要 科技以人为本。对中小型科技企业人力资源管理模式的研究，将有助于中小型科技企业及时建立起规范化的管理系统，在市场竞争中获得竞争优势的。本文通过借鉴美国、日本科技企业人力资源管理特点，根据中小型科技企业特点及其知识员工特点，分析了3P模式在中小型科技企业的局限性。把企业文化理念导入到人力资源管理中，形成导入企业文化理念的以职位评价系统为基础、以绩效评价系统为依据、以薪酬管理系统为核心的3P人力资源管理模式。这种模式的建立为中小型科技企业构建完整、清晰、易于操作的人力资源管理系统提供了有利的理论上的支持，对中小型科技企业的二次创业中在人力资源管理方面的研究与实践具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。 关键词：企业文化，职位评价系统，绩效评价系统，薪酬管理系统 ABSTRACT Science and technology is humanistic. The studies on the model of human resource management in medium and small science technology businesses is helpful for such businesses to set up standardized management system in time and win out in the competition with other businesses in the same trade. The author, through borrowing the human resource management characteristics of American and Japanese science and technology corporations and analyzing the characteristics of medium and small sci. tech. businesses and of their technically educated employees, establishes the 3P human resource management model guided by business culture, based on position evaluation system, tied to performance appraisal system and focused on pay administration system. The establishment of this model provides theoretical foundation for medium and small sci. tech. businesses to set up complete, clear and easy-for-operating human resource management system, which will make practical contribution on human resource management to the Start A New Undertaking of medium and small sci. tech. businesses.
