It also provides materials for daily life of people. The military news is one kind of news, and the importance of it is obvious. Especially when it comes to translation. As we know, translation methods, terminologies, and questions that we have to pay attention to during translation process are all unique. However, the research on this respect at home is not comprehensive and mature. Therefore dead translation and mistranslation are of frequent occurrence, which lead to the misunderstanding of those readers. Only with correct translating methods, abundant knowledge, and well-knit basic skills, can one translate not only faithfully and expressively but also elegantly. Therefore, in this article, we will study this problem from the research on mistakes translators may make during translation, the main process of news translation, and how to translate every part of a complete news. At same time, we will analyze how to translate military news correctly to some extent.
