精品文档，知识共享！ 摘要 液压挖掘机是工程机械的一种主要类型，广泛应用在房屋建筑、筑路工程、水利建设、港口建设、国防工程等土石方施工和矿山采掘之中。反铲液压挖掘机是挖掘机械中最重要的机种之一，主要应用于挖掘停机面以下的土壤。液压挖掘机反铲装置是完成液压挖掘机各项功能的主要部分，其结构的合理性直接影响到液压挖掘机的工作性能和可靠性。 本文根据液压挖掘机反铲装置的结构特点,工作原理以及对典型工况的分析，总结了挖掘机工作装置性能要求和设计原则 ，然后对其各主要构件进行了方案选择以及运动学分析，并确定各铰点之间的距离，用Pro/e软件绘出其连杆模型。接着根据连杆模型并结合其他机械设计知识画出工作装置的二维图纸，最后根据图纸上的具体结构尺寸对工作装置的主要部件进行校核。 关键词:液压挖掘机，工作装置，运动学分析，结构设计 Abtract As one of important construction machinery and equipments，hydraulic excavator is widely used in earthwork construction and mine exploitation, such as in architecture, road engineering, water conservancy, port building, national defense project, etc．The excavator with a backhoe d is mainly used to excavate the earth underground．Backhoe Equipment of Hydraulic Excavator is one important device to perform many functions. The working performance and reliability of the whole machine is influenced by the rationality of its structure. Firstly，this paper, which is based on the structural features of hydraulic backhoe excavator、be worked principle and the analysis of typical conditions, summed up the excavator working equipment performance requirements and design principles. Secondly, be selected the program and conduct the kinematic analysis of all the major components of working equipment，and be determined the distance between the hinge points，and then used the Pro/e software to draw the link model ；Thirdly，drew two-dimensional drawings of the work equipments；Finally, according to the drawings’ specific dimensions, check the main components of working device.
