ABSTRACT As businesses are prevalent material premature delivery or untimely delivery problems, resulting in inventory or stock, in order to reduce the logistics chain inventory, reduce total distribution costs, the paper studied circulation delivery methods based on Kanban for production line material, and make time window constraints, making the distribution operations to achieve in the necessary time, the necessary amount of material to be delivered the necessary locations. Meanwhile, in order ensure the effective implementation of the loop distribution methods, we study the problem of consumption of materials equalization. The main research is divided into the following sections. The first chapter describes the research background and significance for the material distribution problems, pointing out that the importance of research in the current context, summarizing the research status at home and abroad, pointing out the inadequacies of the current study, at last, this paper introduces the research ideas, research and innovation. The second chapter summarizes the relevant theoretical knowledge, introduces the related concept of JIT logistics, then take the thought into plant material supply problems, and introduces the Kanban and usage rules, ultimately proposed equalization consumption concept. Chapter III first determines the production line material circulation distribution processes; Second makes the parameters analyzed and a mathematical model, derived material delivery cycle time by solving the equation, so as to arrive inventory and Kanban quantity.
