PAGE PAGE 9 摘 要 在现代经济中，中小企业是国民经济发展的一支主力军，为国家的经济建设做出了重要的贡献。财务管理作为企业生产经营的重要组成部分，贯穿于企业生产经营的各个环节。但是由于大多数中小企业的生产规模小、资本和技术力量薄弱，加上传统体制和外部宏观经济的影响，使其在财务管理方面存在着与自身发展和市场经济均不适应的情况。普遍存在着筹资能力差、投资能力弱、内部控制形同虚设、财务控制、财务监督不力、财务体制不完善的问题。如何加强财务管理，提高管理成效，成为公司不断探讨的课题。文章主要指出中小企业财务管理中的常见问题，找出其解决的方法。首先分析财务管理在企业管理中的重要性，介绍中小企业财务管理中常见的问题，然后针对问题找出方法，最后简单说明一下财务管理未来发展趋势并进行一下总结。 关键词：中小企业；财务管理；财务控制；财务监督 Abstract In modern economy, small and medium-sized enterprise is the national economy development a main force for the countrys economic construction made an important contribution.
