If enterprise wants to survive and development in the fierce competition of the international and domestic markets, the Enterprise must effective use of various economic resources, and conscientiously do the work of the analysis of the enterprise operating capacity well and constantly improve the operational capabilities. Through analysis the operational capabilities of the enterprise can evaluate its management level and operational capabilities of the funds; analyzing the main problems which exist in operations management and capital operation and analyzing the impact on the entire company profit and its future development. This paper is aim to analyze the operational capabilities of East Crystal Electronic Company to find the problems of its existence and put forward the strategies to resolve the problems, which can enable enterprises to develop healthy and steady in fierce competitive environment.
