南京工业大学学士学位论文 第一章 前言 PAGE 18 PAGE I 超声皂洗对锦纶纤维染色牢度的影响 摘 要 本论文主要是针对锦纶织物酸性染料染色后湿处理牢度较低的问题进行了研究，实验中利用超声波对染后织物进行皂洗，从而提高锦纶染色织物的湿牢度。相比于传统的皂洗工艺，在皂洗时增加了超声波，利用其在液体中的“空化效应”所产生的冲击波，影响纤维与染料之间的作用，并且尽可能去除浮色，来提高织物染色牢度。在实验过程中分别对影响皂洗的主要因素（处理液浓度、处理时间、处理温度、浴比及超声波的频率等）进行研究，并测量皂洗后织物的色牢度及其它性能指标，从而最终得到超声皂洗的优化工艺： 皂片浓度：2g/L 皂洗温度：50 皂洗时间：30min 皂液浴比：1：60 超声频率：40KHz 关键词: 锦纶织物 酸性染料 超声波 皂洗 色牢度 Influence of ultrasonic soaping on color fastness of the polyamide fiber Abstract This paper mainly studies the problem of low wet fastness of polyamide fabric dyed with acid dye fiber. In the experiments, dyed fabrics are soaped in the presence of ultrasound, in order to improve the wet fastness of dyed polyamide fabric. Comparison with the traditional soaping process, the ultrasound treatment is used in the soaping. the shock waves produced by the cavitation effect of ultrasound in liquid will affect the action between fibers and dyes, and remove the surface dyes as much as possible. As a result, this process improves the color fastness of fabric. The main factors (concentration of treatment solution, treatment time, treatment temperature, liquor ratios, ultrasonic frequency etc.), which influence the soaping process, are investigated, and the color fastness and other performance indexes are measured. At last the optimized conditions of soaping with ultrasound are concluded: Concentration of Soap: 2 g / L; Temperature of Soaping: 50℃ Time of Soaping: 30min; Liquor Ratios of Soaping: 1：60; Ultrasonic frequency: 40 KHz.
